- 2Pick a time
Thanks, there. Pick a time for your 20-minute Zoom.
Calendar not loading? Open it in a new tab or email hello@automateai.agency.
On the call you'll get:
- A live call: we put the AI on speaker and let it quote and book a job like yours
- Your missed-call math, worked out with your own weekly call count
- A straight answer on fit, price and start date. Month-to-month, no long-term contract
Nearly half of calls to home service businesses are not answered by a person: a person answers 52% of them, or 65% of calls longer than 15 seconds (Invoca, July 2026).
How it works
Answered, booked, reminded
It answers the calls you can't
24/7, under your business name. It says up front that it's an AI and that the call is recorded, asks your questions and states only the prices you give it.
It books the job
Only into windows that are really open on your Google Calendar. You get a summary of every call, by email until texting is approved, then by text.
It keeps the job on track
Customers who say yes to texts get a confirmation, a reminder the evening before and a note the morning of, once your business texting number is approved. They reply C to confirm or R to reschedule.
The 5-job guarantee
If your AI receptionist doesn't book at least 5 jobs in its first 30 days live, your second month is free.
See the conditions
Your calls forward to the AI for the full 30 days, at least whenever you can't answer and after hours. It gets at least 40 calls from potential customers in that time (we'll show you the call log). Your calendar has at least 10 open job windows a week. A booked job is a real customer's pickup, service visit or estimate that the AI put on your calendar. Test calls don't count. The 30 days start the day it starts answering your calls.
Not ready to book?
See it handle a call first
Here's a typical pickup call for Sample Junk Co., a made-up junk removal company we use for demos. It asks the right questions, quotes from the price sheet and books an open window.
Recording of a call to our AI
On your demo, we put the AI on speaker so you can hear the voice and try to trip it up with your own questions.
- AIThanks for calling Sample Junk Co., this is Jess, an AI assistant. This call is recorded. How can I help you today?
- CallerI'm calling around for prices. I've got a couch, a recliner and some boxes to get rid of.
- AIA couch, a recliner and some boxes is usually about half a truck, which runs $200 to $400, and the crew confirms the exact price on site. Anything else you want gone while the crew's there?
- CallerA mattress too. And a few half-empty paint cans from the garage.
- AIA mattress is $25 extra, and we can't take wet paint, but your city's hazardous-waste drop-off can. What's the pickup address and city?
- Caller412 Alder Street in Round Rock. Another company quoted me less, though. Can you do better?
- AII can't change the prices, but you only pay for the space your stuff takes, and the crew confirms the exact price on site. Are the things at the curb, in the garage or inside, and are there any stairs?
- CallerInside, and there are four stairs up to the front door.
- AIGot it, I've noted that for the crew, and stairs never cost extra with us. What day works for you?
- CallerToday, if you can.
- AII have today between noon and two, or two to four. Which works better?
- CallerTwo to four. It's Dana.
- AIThanks, Dana. What's your mobile number?
- Caller512-555-0148.
- AIThat's five one two, five five five, zero one four eight. Is it OK if we text you reminders?
- CallerYes, that's fine.
- Booked: today 2-4pm · 412 Alder St, Round Rock · inside, 4 front stairs · couch, recliner, boxes, mattress · half truck · paint declined · owner notified
- AIYou're all set, Dana: today between two and four at 412 Alder Street, and the crew calls about 30 minutes before they get there.
Questions
Before you book
What happens on the demo?
A 20-minute Zoom with Andrei or Konnor. We put the AI on speaker and let it take a call for a business like yours, work out your missed-call math with your weekly call count, and give you a clear price and a start date. If it's not a fit, we'll say so.
Will it sound like a robot to my customers?
It speaks in a clear voice, keeps its sentences short and asks one question at a time. It never passes as a person: its opening greeting says it is an AI assistant and that the call is recorded. On the demo you hear it and judge for yourself.
What will I pay in the first month?
$1,494 on Starter or $1,794 on Pro: the one-time $997 setup plus your first month. After that it's $497 or $797 a month, month-to-month.
Do I need to be good with tech?
No. We build and run it. You forward your calls and answer a few questions about your prices, service area and schedule.
Can I keep my business number?
Yes. You forward the calls you can't take to your AI receptionist and keep answering the ones you can.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime before your next billing date. The $997 setup fee is one-time.
Who you'll work with
Two founders. No call center.
We're Andrei and Konnor. We build every AI receptionist ourselves, test it before it takes a customer's call and stay on it after launch, tuning what it says as your calls come in. You talk to one of us on the demo, and after launch you reach one of us directly, not a support queue.
