Terms of Use and SMS Terms

These terms apply to this website, our AI demo receptionist and demo builder, and the emails and texts we send. Optimal Automations is operated by Optimal Cashflow LLC. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you become a client, we will agree the terms of the service with you in writing, and they are month-to-month.
Using this website
- The information here is general. It isn't legal, tax or financial advice.
- Calls, texts, prices and job tickets marked "example" are illustrations, not results from a specific client.
- Prices can change. Your price is the one we confirm in writing before you pay.
- Please don't misuse our forms, for example by sending spam or entering someone else's phone number.
Our AI demo receptionist and demo builder
Our demo receptionist and demo builder are answered by an AI voice agent playing the receptionist for a sample business or, in the builder, for the business you describe. Calls are recorded and transcribed. Anything "booked" on a demo call is not a real appointment, and what the AI says in a demo is not a quote from us or a promise of results. Please don't share sensitive personal or payment information.
If we offer a call-back and you ask the AI to call you, you confirm that the number is yours and agree to one AI call to it right away. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
SMS terms
Program: Optimal Automations demo reminders and updates.
What you'll get: Texts start once our texting number is approved by the phone carriers. If you check the reminder box on our form (it appears once texting is on), texts about the demo you booked: a confirmation and reminders, up to 5 texts per booking. If you check the box about our services, occasional texts about them. Message frequency varies.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
How to stop: Reply STOP to any text to stop all texts from us. You can also tell us in your own words, like "stop texting me". We'll send one text confirming you've opted out. Reply START to join again.
Help: Reply HELP to any text, or email hello@automateai.agency.
Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. We don't share your mobile number or opt-in with third parties for their marketing.
Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase.
The 5-job guarantee
The guarantee described on our website applies to paying clients under exactly the conditions listed there (see them here). Your service terms will not add to them. In short: if the conditions are met and fewer than 5 jobs are booked in your first 30 days live, we waive the plan fee for month 2. The $997 setup fee is not refunded.

Disclaimers
This website and the demo receptionist are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages that come from using them.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here and change the date at the top.
